Discord integration

Form responses, straight into a Discord channel.

Make a webhook in the channel's settings, paste its address into Formkit, and each new response posts a short message there. Good for community sign-ups, bug reports and waitlists.

What it does

No bot to invite. In the channel's settings, Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook gives you an address. Formkit checks it is a Discord webhook before it saves it.

How to start

  1. 1In Discord, open the channel's settings, then Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook
  2. 2Copy the webhook's address
  3. 3In a form's Settings → Connections, choose Discord and paste it

Questions

Which plan includes Discord?

Pro and Business, along with Slack and Microsoft Teams.

Can a response ping the whole server?

No. Formkit sends every message with mentions turned off.

What if the webhook is deleted in Discord?

Deliveries start failing, and the connection shows it. Make a new webhook and add it again.
