Ask Formkit is on for every account, on every plan. The launcher sits in the app chrome and the Ask workspace is under its own tab.
If you cannot see it
A Formkit administrator can turn it off for one account, for example after misuse. When it is off, nothing about it appears in the app. Write to support if you think that has happened by mistake.
If it is paused
Occasionally the whole feature is paused across the platform, for maintenance or a model change. When the pause lifts, it comes back for everyone, with the allowance and credits you had left.
