Give a choice question's options points in its settings, or use number, rating and scale questions as they are.
Writing a calculation
In the Logic tab, under Calculations, give it a name and a formula over question keys, like quality + value * 2, using + − × ÷, brackets, and min, max, round and abs. Each calculation can use the ones above it.
Using the result
Results are worked out when the form is sent, saved with the response, shown in the inbox and exported as columns. Quote them on the thank-you screen with {{total}}, or charge the amount with payments.
