Every published form has a QR code, generated from its public link, in the Share modal. Download it as a PNG and place it on a poster, a table card, an invoice or a package insert.
Print size
Print it at 2 cm square or larger for a code people scan from arm's length; larger again for a poster read from across a room.
If the link changes
The code encodes the current URL. Claiming a handle or changing the slug changes that URL, so download a fresh code afterwards and reprint.
