A new response lands in your sheet on its next refresh.

In a form's Settings → Connections, choose Google Sheets. There are two ways to do it.

Connect Google

Sign in with Google and choose Make the spreadsheet. Formkit makes a spreadsheet in your Google Drive with a column for each question and adds a row for each response, kept up to date. Formkit can only open the files it makes, never the rest of your Drive.

In any cell of a sheet, type the =IMPORTDATA("…") formula shown. Google refreshes it about once an hour. Uploaded files and voice recordings arrive as links.

Use the Apps Script instead: Extensions → Apps Script, paste the script Formkit gives you, then add a time-driven trigger.

Keep it private

Anyone with the link can read the responses. If it gets out, make a new link and the old one stops working at once.
