Notion, Airtable and HubSpot

Each response becomes a page, a record or a contact, in the place you pick.

1 min readUpdated

Open a form's Settings → Connections and choose Notion, Airtable or HubSpot. Sign in to that app and allow Formkit; it only gets the access it asks for.

Where responses go

  • Notion: pick a page you shared with Formkit. Formkit makes a database in it, with a column for each question, and each response becomes a row.
  • Airtable: pick a base. Formkit makes a table in it, with a field for each question, and each response becomes a record.
  • HubSpot: each response with an email address creates that contact, or updates the one with the same email, and adds a note with every answer.

When a response changes

If someone edits a response they sent, the page, record or note it made is updated rather than duplicated.

Disconnecting

Remove the connection from the form at any time. What was already sent stays in your app.

Limits

Airtable's free plan allows 1,000 API calls a month per workspace, about one per response; past it, Airtable pauses deliveries until the month resets.
