A paid plan renews on its own until you say otherwise. Settings → Plan shows exactly what happens next: the day it renews and for how much, or the day it ends.
Turning auto-renew off
Switch Auto-renew off under Settings → Plan. The plan stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Then the company moves to Free.
Cancelling
Cancel plan does the same thing, with one confirmation that names the day it ends. There is no survey and no offer to talk you out of it.
Changing your mind
Until the period ends, switch Auto-renew back on and the plan carries on as before, renewing on the same day.
What happens on Free
Nothing is deleted. Features outside Free stop: a custom domain goes back to your formkit.app link, the “Powered by Formkit” badge comes back, and the AI allowance drops to Free’s. Everything you built or collected stays yours and exportable.
Who can do this
The company’s owner and its admins.
