Invoices, receipts and your card

Formkit’s payments are handled by Polar, who act as the merchant of record. Receipts come from them, with any sales tax or VAT shown.

#Opening your billing page

Settings → Plan → Invoices and billing opens Polar’s page for the company. It lists every order and receipt, and the card on file.

#Changing your card

Update the payment method on that page. The next renewal uses the new card.

#A receipt by email

Polar emails a receipt for every payment to the address used at checkout.

#Company details on an invoice

Polar’s checkout lets you buy as a business, with your company’s name, address and tax ID.

#Who can open it

The company’s owner and its admins.
