Comments
Leave a comment on any question card and it stays attached to that question. Open comments show a count in the builder header, so a review pass is visible without hunting. Resolve a comment when it has been dealt with.
Comments on a response
Open a response and comment under it to talk it over with your team. Type @ to mention someone who can see the form; they are told, with a link straight to the response. Comments go when the response is deleted. The team note above them is one shared note that anyone who can edit may change.
Activity
The Activity tab records what happened to the form and when: published, unpublished, questions added or removed, collaborators invited, theme changed. It is per form and cannot be edited.
