Invite someone to a form

Open Collaborators from the form actions menu. Enter an email address, choose a role and send the invitation.

#Pending invitations

An invitation that has not been accepted sits in the pending list, where you can resend or revoke it. Accepting it adds the person to that form, not to your whole account.

#Per form, not per account

Collaboration is scoped to a single form. Somebody who edits your enquiry form has no access to anything else you have built until you invite them to that too.

#Removing

Remove a collaborator and they lose access immediately. Anything they wrote stays.

#How many people

On Free, three guests can work on each form besides your company's members. On Pro and Business there is no limit. Members of your company work on every one of its forms without being invited to each. See Members of a company.
