Members of a company

People who work on every form in a company, as Admin, Editor or Viewer.

Settings → Members, with the company open. Add people by email address, as many as you like, on any plan. They join as soon as they sign in with that address, and the company appears in their company menu.

  • Admin: every form, plus the members, the plan and billing, approvals and the controls.
  • Editor: edits every form and reads its responses.
  • Viewer: reads every form and its responses.

Seats

On Free, members are free. On Pro and Business every member is a seat, and the bill follows as people join and leave.

Leaving

Anyone can leave a company from Settings → Members. The owner and admins can remove people.

Guests

Inviting someone to a single form still works, from Collaborators in the form’s actions menu. See Members or guests? Guests are never a seat: three a form on Free, unlimited on Pro and Business.
