Members or guests?

There are two ways to let someone work with you, and on a paid plan they cost differently.

#Members

A member belongs to the company. They see every form in it, as Admin, Editor or Viewer, and new forms appear for them without an invitation. Add them in Settings → Members. On Free, members are free and unlimited. On Pro and Business each member is a seat.

#Guests

A guest is invited to one form, from Collaborators in the form’s actions menu, as Editor, Commenter or Viewer. They see that form and nothing else in the company. Guests are never a seat: three on each form on Free, unlimited on Pro and Business.

#Which to choose

• Colleagues who work on most of your forms: members.
• A client reviewing the wording of one form: a guest, as Commenter.
• A freelancer helping on one project: a guest, as Editor.
• Someone who only needs the results of one form: a guest, as Viewer.

#Changing your mind

Remove a guest and add them as a member, or the other way round. Their comments and changes stay.
